He is our resident "anti-dj".
Scientific studies of DJ's have confirmed that the vast majority are fairly egotistical and crave being the center of attention (some more so than others ;). Timo is the exception to this rule.
After extensive tests, a team of top scientists were baffled to find only a small hint of ego, levels which are way below the W.D.A. (World Dj Average). He refused to write any top 10 for this site, or contribute in anyway to this profile and he nearly had a seizure when we suggested we put his photo up.
His subtle blend of progressive and full-on is the perfect kick off for any night, and the man can mix too... make sure you're early to catch him.

Lurk
Since Lurk last dj'd in Amsterdam over a year ago, he has played club gigs in the UK, outdoor gigs in India and plenty of both in Australia, as well as having a regular guest slot on Sydney's biggest, independent radio station.
He has supported acts like Eskimo, Protoculture, SunControlSpecies, Fractal Glider, Misted Muppet and Legohead. He's as excited as a blind man in a fish factory to be coming back to the 'Dam, and can't wait to unleash his distinctive brand of tough, groovy psychedelia at Hoi Pol Loi!

Aurora
The viking is back! Aurora has also been busy since leaving Holland a year ago, she too has had gigs in Australia and India, as well as Sweden, most recently when she was supporting HuxFlux. She definitely has a woman's touch behind the decks, so expect a free flowing, bouncy ;-) and intelligently mixed set that's guaranteed to keep you wiggling on the dancefloor, with a smile on your dial.

Sounding like an actor from the English comedy series "'allo 'allo", MarbliZer likes to play naked behind the decks. He has been swinging his psychedelic shlong since 1993. He started djing in the south of France and later in the UK for 'Relativity Records', and since then his path has crossed those from Spacetribe to Huxflux. He is also one of the organisers of the successful Amsterdam Solaris parties. He's an anti-social git, has cut off his dreads, became a slave to the system, and basically.... farts around - when he's not making his own music! Watch out for his next track!!
